Our Mission
PeptidesDNA is building the first platform that matches peptide compounds to individual genetics. Peptide therapy is growing fast — but the industry still relies on one-size-fits-all dosing and trial-and-error protocols. We believe pharmacogenomics can change that.
Our reports analyze 120 SNPs across 12 biological pathways to score 25+ peptides against your unique genetic profile. Every recommendation is evidence-tiered — so you know exactly how robust the science is behind each result.
How We’re Different
- •Evidence-tiered scoring. Not all genetic associations are equal. We categorize every recommendation as Tier 1 (clinical), Tier 2 (mechanistic), or Tier 3 (exploratory) so you can make informed decisions.
- •CYP metabolism panel. Your CYP enzyme profile determines how you process compounds. We test CYP2D6, CYP3A4, CYP2C19, and CYP2C9 — the same enzymes clinical pharmacogenomics programs assess.
- •One-time payment. Your DNA doesn’t change. Neither should your bill. Pay once, own your report forever. No subscription.
- •Upload or kit. Already have 23andMe or AncestryDNA data? Upload it for $99. Need a fresh test? Order our 120-SNP saliva kit for $299.
Our Methodology
Our scoring engine draws from PharmGKB clinical annotations, ClinVar variant classifications, published GWAS associations, and peer-reviewed peptide efficacy data. Each peptide receives a composite score (0–100) weighted across four factors: CYP metabolism (35%), receptor sensitivity (30%), pathway match (25%), and evidence quality (10%).
We are transparent about what we know and what we don’t. Pharmacogenomics has decades of clinical validation for drug metabolism. Applying it to peptides is newer — which is exactly why we tier every recommendation by evidence strength.
Privacy & Data Handling
PeptidesDNA is EU-based and fully GDPR-compliant. Your genetic data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Raw genetic files are auto-deleted after report generation — we keep only the derived scores needed for your report, never your raw sequence data.
We will never sell, share, or monetize your genetic data. You can export or permanently delete all your data at any time from your dashboard. For details, see our privacy policy.
