Your DNA, read against the peptide research.

PeptidesDNA reads the DNA file you already have against the published research on peptides and shows what that research does and does not show. Most of what is said about peptides online runs well ahead of the evidence. We think people deserve to see the evidence itself, including where it is missing.

Our reports read up to 144 markers across 15 biological pathways and set them against the research on 31 peptides. For each one you see the variants you carry, the human studies behind each link and how strong that evidence is. Where no study has tested whether a genotype changes response, the report says so. It never tells you what to take, how much or when.

We draw on PharmGKB annotations, ClinVar variant classifications, published GWAS associations and the peer-reviewed peptide literature. For each peptide we look up the markers in your file that the research has studied alongside it and report what those studies found, cited. Markers your file could not read are marked as unread rather than guessed.

We are open about what we know and what we don’t. For most peptides, no study has tested whether a genotype changes how a person responds, so most links rest on pathway biology rather than on trials in people with that genotype. The report grades every link by that evidence and says plainly where it is thin.

PeptidesDNA takes your genetic privacy seriously. Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest via our infrastructure provider. You can delete your raw genetic file, report, and all associated data at any time from your dashboard.
