1. Agreement
By using peptidesdna.com or purchasing PeptidesDNA products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Products and medical disclaimer
PeptidesDNA provides genetic interpretation services for informational and educational purposes only. Reports are not medical advice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any peptide protocol. Genetic data is processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Individual results vary based on genetic profile and other factors.
3. Subscriptions
Subscription orders auto-renew at the interval you select (1, 3, or 6 months). You can skip, pause, change frequency, or cancel anytime from your account with no questions asked. Cancellations take effect for the next billing cycle; current-cycle orders already in fulfillment cannot be canceled.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are in USD and subject to change. Payment is processed by Stripe. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for recurring subscriptions. Sales tax is added where applicable.

6. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, logos, formulas — is owned by PeptidesDNA or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify it without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeptidesDNA’s liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in Delaware state or federal courts, or through binding arbitration at PeptidesDNA’s election.
