1. Agreement

By using peptidesdna.com or purchasing PeptidesDNA products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Service description

PeptidesDNA provides genetic data interpretation services. You upload raw genetic data files from third-party providers (23andMe, AncestryDNA, MyHeritage, or similar) or order a saliva collection kit. We analyze specific genetic markers (SNPs) and generate a personalized report matching your genetic profile to peptide compounds.

PeptidesDNA does not perform genetic testing. We interpret data from tests already performed by third-party CLIA-certified laboratories.

PeptidesDNA is not a medical practice, pharmacy, or healthcare provider.

All reports, scores, dosing ranges, interaction flags, and protocol suggestions are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They are:

Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
Not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
Not prescriptions — dosing ranges are from published research and practitioner protocols
Not comprehensive drug interaction checks
Not clinically validated diagnostic results

You must consult a qualified healthcare provider before making any health-related decisions, starting any supplement or peptide protocol, or making changes to existing treatments based on information in our reports.

Genetic variants represent one factor among many influencing health outcomes. Environment, lifestyle, diet, medications, and other genetic factors not analyzed also play significant roles.

This service has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Most peptides discussed in our reports are not FDA-approved drugs. Availability and legal status of peptides varies by jurisdiction.

4. Genetic data

By uploading genetic data or ordering a kit, you consent to PeptidesDNA processing your genetic information as described in our Privacy Policy. You represent that:

You are uploading your own genetic data, or have legal authority to upload data on behalf of another person
You understand genetic results may reveal unexpected health information
You understand results may have implications for biological family members who have not consented
You are at least 18 years of age

5. Accuracy and limitations

Genetic interpretation is based on currently available scientific research, which is evolving and may change. We cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of interpretations. Scores and recommendations may be updated as new research emerges. Consumer-grade genotyping chips have known limitations including potential for false positives and incomplete coverage of genetic variants.

6. Pricing and payment

All prices are in USD. Payment is processed by Stripe. You can cancel and receive a full refund anytime before your results are delivered. Contact hello@peptidesdna.com for refund requests.

7. Data deletion

You can delete your genetic data, reports, and account at any time from your dashboard settings. Deletion is permanent and irreversible. See our Privacy Policy for details on data retention and deletion procedures.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeptidesDNA’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for any health decisions, health outcomes, or consequences arising from your use of or reliance on the information in our reports. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.

You use our reports at your own risk. You agree not to hold PeptidesDNA, its officers, employees, or contractors liable for any health-related decisions you make based on our reports.

9. Prohibited uses

You may not use PeptidesDNA reports for: making employment decisions, insurance underwriting, legal proceedings, or any purpose that would violate GINA (Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act) or similar laws.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
