Gonadorelin is a copy of the signal your brain sends to tell your testicles or ovaries to get to work. It is mostly used by men on testosterone, because taking testosterone shuts that signal off and the machinery downstream starts to shut down with it. Given in short pulses, it keeps that line open.
A synthetic form of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) that directly stimulates the pituitary to release LH and FSH.
